Merrychef Eikon ventless accelerated cooking technology combines microwave power, convection heating and impinger technology for cooking times up to 15 times faster than conventional ovens and incorporate catalytic converters to eliminate the need for expensive exhaust hoods. MKN Combi-steamers offer a full range of options for steaming and roasting whilst Inducs Induction cooking offers maximum energy efficiency - including induction woks. Ice And Oven offers assistance utilising Integrated Kitchen Concepts (IKC).
