Oliflix is a small mill of olive oil that has been restored after years of inactivity. We also recuperated the traditional elaboration systems of olive oil, so that we can enjoy an extra virgin olive oil elaborated with all our craftsmanship. We from our ancestors we have inherited the centenary olive trees. They are not strong trees but are resistant to the harsh climate of the Ebro valley. Furthermore we don`t apply any synthetic products to our olive trees. From the small fruits of the olive trees, the olives, we extract the extraordinary quality juice they contain, the extra virgin organic olive oil.
