Desk & Archive is a file manager suited for business users. Basic idea of application is to reinvent desktop as Desk – a place where new work starts and a place where all unfinished documents are kept, so that user has a reminder on his obligations. Archive button allows one click move from Desk to Archive for finished documents. Other items are also offloaded from desktop – shortcuts for launching programs are shown in Launchbar instead of Desk, while shortcuts for opening folders are shown in Sidebar along other folders. Templates and Bookmarks allow user to keep those frequently used files out of desktop, while always available from application interface. Many other advanced features are included.
