Sending invitations for Russian and foreign experts to work on a second Yukos affair will begin in the next two weeks, told RIA Novosti on Wednesday, the chairman of the Presidential Council on Civil Society and Human Rights, Mikhail Fedotov. Rolling in all started when a gentleman in a wheelchair - Pieter Pretorius, started to take part in running / walking events in and around Gauteng, he was soon joined by Mathys Roets and Jacques le Rous who all now regularly join AGN (Athletics Gauteng North) and also go across country to participate in runs / walks across RSA.
