Many people don't realize that there are several main aspects to health. Oftentimes they don't realize that just watching their diet, only exercising, or simply getting enough sleep will not do it. The healthiest you can be is a result of diet, exercise, hydration, and sleep. Unless you get the right kinds of food in the right amounts, you can't be completely healthy. If you don't exercise enough in the right ways, you could be healthier. If you don't drink enough, chemical reactions won't happen like they're supposed to. And you can't be healthy without enough sleep. Without them all, your health is lacking
