As a practice manager of a successful medical practice with over 20 years experience I want to help you make your practice or work place run as efficiently and effectively as possible. I would like to know what trials and tribulations you are having running your office, from employee evaluations or trying to cut costs. I really enjoy working as a practice manager, that is why I have been doing it for over 20 years. It is a great team environment.
