Tariq Farid is the CEO & Founder of Edible Arrangements. Farid was born in Pakistan and his family came to the United States when he was a young boy to pursue the American Dream. When he was 17 years old his family began operating a flower shop in East Haven, Connecticut. This business expanded into several additional locations and Tariq struck it big when he created a computerized point of sale system for floral shops which turned into his first business named Netsolace, a computer software distributor.
