I'm a London based teacher of the Alexander Technique covering Central (West End and City) and North London (East Finchley). Before coming to the Alexander Technique I worked in the corporate world and it's my goal to bring AT to the general public and office workers as it's benefits have been the best kept secret of the performing arts world for too long. I truly believe that all walks of life can benefit from the Alexander Technique having been profoundly helped with the back pain and Repetitive Strain Injury I had sustained from long hours sat at a computer in a high stress environment. Not only did I find myself free of pain but my stress levels were greatly reduced and I found I could think more clearly and calmly, improving my communication skills. The Alexander Technique has been clinically proven in the UK with NHS funded trials in 2008 and is recommended and endorsed by BackCare, a lottery funded organisation.
