We will create a diet plan and customize an exercise program tailored to your specific needs. We will also do regular body fat and body composition measurements so that we can track your progress and ensure that you are on track to achieve your goal. We currently cover all of the Los Angeles (including West Los Angeles) and San Fernando Valley as well as the Antelope Valley areas. You can train with Mike him self or any one of his many trainers to ensure that we have a good fit for you with your training instructor. We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week by appointment only.
