Rundreamachieve is a fitness website dedicated to runners of all abilities seeking distance running tips, coaching and mentorship. RDA was founded in December of 2011 by 2.19 marathoner, Nathan Pennington, M.S., a former member of the US Army World Class Athlete Program. Nathan has 23 years of experience in middle to long distance running and continues to assist beginner to advanced level runners around the world who are seeking to better their fitness and achieve their racing goals. Nathan began his career in 1992. A self-proclaimed 'late bloomer' he crossed the finish line of the 2007 California International Marathon as the top American and with a USA Track and Field Olympic Trials "A" standard time of 2.19.35. more info >>
