I have been meditating for the past seven years or so and have gotten a lot of benefit from it. So recently I decided to start a website with an initial emphasis on the Hooponopono Huna meditation but also to meditation and spirit in general. We will also be discussing the So-Hum and other mantra based practices. The former being a recommendation from one of Deepak Chopra's books from nearly a decade ago. Of course, yoga goes hand in hand with this so will also be discussed. The site covers both the spiritual and physical health effects of all related practices.
