Tawney B. is a unique artists focused on making dresses and costumes out of balloons. Her balloon dresses are each custom designed to fit with the theme of the event, be it a fundraiser, cocktail party, or wedding. She had created everything from a balloon tuxedo to carnival costumes made entirely by twisting balloons. Local to Las Vegas, balloon dresses by Tawney B. have been created all over the world, including Tokyo, Belgium, China, Los Angeles, and New York. She was a features designer at the White House, and a special guest balloon artist at the Dallas Mavericks VIP party. In addition to balloon dresses, Tawney has created an array of balloon art including eloping on a full size, ten room haunted house in New York.
