As a child I would visit Cape Town every year on vacation with the family. It was without doubt the most anticipated event in the year. I loved the deep rich smell of the Fynbos accompanied by the symphony of the cicadas, the mountains sweeping grandly into the sea and the large sandy beaches. When it came time to go home I would always promise myself that I would be back and one day when I was big I would live here!Cape Town is infectious, it gets into your blood and no matter where you are in the world you can feel its siren song calling you home.
