I created this site to put all things Masters Athletics, track and field in one place. including my own blog as life being a Masters Athlete. I have put a weekly newsletter together grabbing stories from around the world along with results of all major championships and fixtures. I have sourced free downloads on training research for general athletics and the aging population. Also included is personal reviews of products and books and also a chat forum for anyone to come and ask any question they may have or just talk to each other.
