Jonathan Harris is a world-class designer and glassmaker with more than 20 years experience. He creates outstanding unique Cameo art glass for collectors worldwide. In 1988, he produced his first pieces of Gräal by using relatively simple patterns, which he drew onto the surface of the glass and then carved through the layers. He continued to develop this process, which lead to the refined and detailed designs that he continues to produce today. He later introduced the use of 24ct gold and sterling silver leaf into his glass designs and the very first collection was launched at Harrods in 1992 and Liberty of London. In 1999, Jonathan and his wife Alison put together a small team of highly skilled Artisans and set up their glass studio, at the Coalport China Museum in the Ironbridge Gorge, World Heritage Site where they are still based today.
