It is designed to create a statement within your home and to complete this I have also produced hand painted ceramics to compliment my abstract artwork. I have used a lot of texture within the abstract acrylics, using different mediums which gives both a visual and sensory aspect to the work. Layers are built up with different mediums and in some I use glass beads within the work.Others have a pearlescent finish which makes the painting more reflective to light and gives the appearance of mother of pearl.
