SmartAction delivers a cloud-based, speech IVR solution powered by a propriety artificial intelligence engine. The artificial intelligence technology behind the system is combined with advanced speech recognition technology. Examples of the types of calls that SmartAction's Smart Call Agents automate include: order processing, such as order taking, order status and order returns; billing, such as bill inquiry and payment arrangement; customer service, such as FAQ or call routing; and delivery/scheduling, such as notifications and appointments. The AI allows Smart Call Agents to understand complex calls and it continuously improves and evolves as more calls are handled. The system uses built-in skills and knowledge to quickly access data.
