Psychological therapy based in Mexico City, the philosophy of my therapy is simple: Understand your true self, meditate on your true self. It is through meditation and serene understanding that we can reach our own deepest inner truth and learn to establish, little by little, our own being identification with that inner quietness. The therapeutic sessions also involve some complimentary techniques such as meditation, to help us quiet our mind and reach to our deeper, inner truth. Jung and Rogers are some psychologist from whom I also take some influence from, they are my mentors in a way. Also Indian Sacred books have provided me with great understanding about the inner truth, I'm still learning how to get to the end of it, but if my present trail can help anyone, I'll be glad and honored to do so.
