My fitness journey and the lessons I have learnt along the way with some delicious recipes to help others achieve their own goals.I have also competed in a fitness modeling competition and I am a keen rugby player. I also transformed my physique within 5 months and have shared exactly what i did in order to achieve my results and will hopefully help others in their journey. I managed to gain weight 10lbs while also managing to lose about 6% bodyfat. I am now just looking to working increasing my strength and have been experimenting with different types of workouts to see what has the best improvements in strength for me.
