Shrogs oven gloves are made from food grade silicone that has been passed by the FDA. They contain no BPA (Bisphenol A) so are non toxic. The reason why our gloves are superior to 95% of similar silicone gloves out there is that, although the silicone in the same, our gloves are fabricated from 178g of silicone whereas the vast majority of other gloves are made from 145g of silicone. That means our gloves have over 22% more silicone than most gloves leading to a safer cooking experience. Silicone gloves have many more benefits than fabric gloves because they are waterproof, easy to clean, have great grip and are stain and odor resistant.
