Sourdough HQ is the place where I review, try and test sourdough recipes. It is building into a resource for enthusiastic amateur bakers to find recipes, inspiration and help with their baking problems. I hope to develop a community of like-minded bread enthusiasts to keep the conversation flowing and to swap tips, recipes and hints. There is also research into historical recipes such as Amish Friendship Bread and Ezekial bread, which have many hundreds of variations online - I'll be looking into find the most authentic recipes and posting the results of my experiments on the site. It is also a growing resource for other great sourdough related sites and books, online and offline.
